Note: If you are a first time customer buying either a Dock-N-Talk, Enterprise, or Unity you will need either a cable or Bluetooth module to go with your order. Depending on which cellphone model you are using, it will determine if it is compatible with a cable or bluetooth module.
Note: If you are a returning customer and just buying a bluetooth module, you might need a firware update on your Dock-N-Talk. To check your firmware check our support page under the FAQS page. If your Dock-N-Talk is 2-3 years old you will need a firmware update before buying a module. |
