Depending on which cell phone model you are using, please determine if it is compatible with one of our cables or our Bluetooth Module by reviewing the link to our list of compatible cell phone models on the product's page.

Note: If you are a returning customer and only purchasing a Bluetooth Module, you might need a firmware update on your Dock-N-Talk. To check your firmware version, please go to our Support page and click the FAQ link. If your Dock-N-Talk is 1-5 years old, it is likely that you will need a firmware update when purchasing a Bluetooth Module.
